story-letter, really) by filling in your name and e-mail address below. It's
absolutely free, and I won't let anyone else see your info. The current
issue should be e-mailed to you instantly.

2. Under the section of the newsletter marked SUPERATOMIC
GIVEAWAY OF THE WEEK, find the clearly marked superatomic secret
password.

3. Compose an e-mail to superatomic@franticflicker.com
a. In the BODY of your e-mail, put your name and address. Your
information will not be used
for any other purpose.
b. For the SUBJECT of your e-mail, you MUST USE the superatomic
secret password in a COMPLETE SENTENCE. (Use the sentence as the
subject of your e-mail, not "giveaway" or "contest entry." My e-mail filter
is set so that the subject of your e-mail must contain the superatomic
secret password to end up in the right place.)

Example: If the superatomic secret password was butter (it's not),
then the subject of your e-mail might be:

               I like butter.

                     or

               I now pronounce you butter and wife.

                     or

                Butter is good for your skin.

The quality of your sentence has nothing to do with whether you'll win or
not, but it will entertain me, and I'll put any particularly brilliant ones on
the site.

4. If you don't want me to post your name and hometown, please let me
know, and you'll henceforth be known as "Name withheld, Dullsville,
USA." If you don't tell me to withhold your name, the world might know
that you visited this website, and you're likely
to get in trouble.

5. You may enter as many times as you wish, as long as each entry has
a different subject line sentence. (If I start to have a problem with the
mailbox getting full, then I might change this rule, but I'll let you know).

HOW I PICK THE WINNER: The day before the next issue comes out
(that should be either next Thursday or this Thursday, on a Thursday),
I'll pick a number at random (or have someone else pick one for me)
between one and the number of e-mails we got for the contest. I'll go
down the list and pick the 17th (or whatever) e-mail we got, and that's
the winner. If that person screwed up (wrong password, no address,
etc.) then it would go to the next person on the list. Winners will be
posted on the site as stated above. Piece of cake.
